The food situation was poor at this festival – but it was their first time organising it. Hopefully if it runs again next year they will get that sorted.

Oh…and Kate Nash was superb at Electric Gardens…I hope she goes far.

Bright orange thing with a wheezing cat on would have been me. Spent a lot of time hanging around outside the second stage trying to breathe. Fun!

I think I saw you there! I remember noticing someone wearing suh a shirt. Although I don’t remember anything else about them/you, unhelpfully. Shame that you didn’t have a better time.

Heh, thanks Marcy. It’s not going to stop me seeing more shows, I’m just leaning more toward indoor ones. Los Campesinos! next month, woo.

I was wearing the AK shirt actually, an irony that was entirely lost on me until I got home and realised. Probably was tempting fate just a little too much.

oh, eddie, i was all ready to make some smart-ass comment about you not enjoying yourself and then i got to the end and read that you got sick–that must’ve really sucked! i hope it won’t stop you from getting out and seeing more shows. and forgive me for asking, but were you wearing your asthmatic kitty t-shirt at the time? :)

This one was more badly organised than normal, definitely. I have not had to queue for over an hour for food at any other festival. And the Sprite was from Georgia, I think!

Ah, how good to read about a festival so close to home from a source so far away on the old hype machine…

Ta 4 the young knives track Eddie, and also the electric gardens lowdown…

If you ever wish to chance your hand at a festival again, and don’t fancy paying the food prices, may I crudely suggest my own festival which will take place in Canterbury next July…

Apologies for the hard sell Eddie, just seemed like a good time to bring it up!
